Butter Garlic Shrimp *Video Recipe*

Serves: 2 servings
  • Shrimps – 300 gms (about 15 shrimps), peeled and deveined with tails intact
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  • Unsalted butter – 1 tbsp
  • Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
  • Fresh chopped parsley – 2 tbsp
  • Juice of one lemon (about 2 tbsp)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Wash, peel and deveined the shrimps keeping the tails intact.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimps, season them with salt and sauté for few seconds.
  3. Next add the garlic paste and stir well. Next goes the chilli flakes, lemon juice and butter. Saute for couple of minutes more and then add the Italian seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle half of the chopped parsley and give a final good mix. Check and adjust for seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve hot with the remaining parsley sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
