- Fresh strawberry – 15 to 18
- Milk – 1 cup
- Plain yogurt – ½ cup [For a richer taste, replace yogurt with vanilla ice cream]
- Honey – as required
- Ice cubes – as required
- Hull the strawberries and wash them well.
- In a blender, put the strawberries, milk, yogurt and honey.
- Toss in the ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the strawberry smoothie into glasses, garnish with fresh strawberry and serve. Enjoy!
