  • Fresh strawberry – 15 to 18
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Plain yogurt – ½ cup [For a richer taste, replace yogurt with vanilla ice cream]
  • Honey – as required
  • Ice cubes – as required
  1. Hull the strawberries and wash them well.
  2. In a blender, put the strawberries, milk, yogurt and honey.
  3. Toss in the ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the strawberry smoothie into glasses, garnish with fresh strawberry and serve. Enjoy!
